New York-based creative agency and production company Invisible North has named Mindy Benner as executive creative director and Madeleine Bersin as associate director of experiential production, strengthening its creative and experiential leadership as the company scales.
Mindy, an award-winning creative with over 15 years of experience, joins from Anomaly LA, where as creative director she led breakthrough campaigns for brands including Hoka, Liquid IV, Cash App, Hulu, and General Mills. Her work has earned recognition from the Clios, One Show, and Effies, and has reached audiences across the Super Bowl, the Grammys, and the Smithsonian's permanent collection. Prior to Anomaly, she held creative leadership roles at 72andSunny, TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Condé Nast. In her new role, Mindy will lead integrated creative across the company.
Madeleine brings a portfolio spanning live performance, events, immersive experiences, and theatre. She joins from MAS, where her clients included Anthropic, Braze, and multiple verticals across Google and YouTube. Before her agency work, she produced landmark immersive experiences including a summer-long roller disco at Wollman Rink in Central Park and Summit One Vanderbilt, as well as productions on Broadway, off-Broadway, and at regional theatres across the country. Her work has also extended into film, media, and music production.
The appointments mark a significant step in Invisible North's growth, deepening its creative leadership across live experiences, film, and integrated brand work while continuing to scale its live and immersive production capabilities.
