LBB AUNZ managing editor Brittney Rigby will be part of the programme led by Kirsty Muddle and Laura Aldington

Leading agency CEOs and founders from WPP, Omnicom, Publicis Groupe, Special, and more will come together in October to share the lessons they've learned building successful businesses, as part of Advertising Council Australia's Business and Agency Leadership course.

Designed for group account directors, client partners, and senior agency professionals preparing for broader commercial responsibilities, the three-day residential will run at QT Sydney from October 18–20th.

Kirsty Muddle, chief executive officer, Ogilvy ANZ, and course co-chair, said, "The rules of agency growth are being rewritten. Success today requires more than great creative work. It demands commercial judgement, strategic thinking and the confidence to navigate constant change. That's what this course is designed to help delegates build.”

Co-chaired by Laura Aldington, founder and CEO of Supermassive, the program combines practical workshops, real-world business challenges and candid conversations with some of Australia's most experienced agency leaders, including:

  • Rose Herceg, CEO, WPP ANZ
  • Nick Garrett, CEO, Omnicom Oceania
