Omnicom Media has officially launched Hearts United, a new global media agency formed by combining its Hearts & Science and Mediahub networks. The merged powerhouse debuts with operations across 40 markets and approximately $9.1 billion in 2025 billings.
The launch follows significant momentum for both founding agencies, which grew billings by 50% (Hearts & Science) and 33% (Mediahub) between 2021 and 2025. Tracking data from COMvergence ranks the unified agency #1 in the U.S. for year-to-date total new business with $294 million in net wins, as well as #3 globally ($567 million) and in EMEA ($242 million).
"In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints," said Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski.
Built to help brands navigate an evolving landscape driven by AI, creators, and commerce, Hearts United centers its model on four key principles: outcomes-oriented commercial accountability, AI-integrated workflows, ecosystem-wide planning, and senior-led client teams. In the Australian market, Hearts & Science will rebrand to Hearts United while Mediahub Australia continues to operate as a separate local entity.
Leadership for the new agency includes former Mediahub U.S. CEO Nicole Estebanell steering U.S. operations and Ross Jenkins leading EMEA. Regional heads for APAC and LATAM will be announced in the fourth quarter. Hearts United enters the market alongside sibling agencies like OMD, PHD, UM, and Initiative as part of Omnicom Media's broader network growth strategy.
