Director and photographer FILMAWI brings his distinctive and poetic style to new video '40’s' for Kilo Kent, the rising music artist and internet phenomenon, transforming the artist’s hometown into a modern piece of Tottenham mythology.
Kent’s latest single, '40’s', is a raw and honest UK rap record reflecting on his upbringing, experiences, and the realities that shaped his journey. Delivered with authentic storytelling and powerful lyricism, the track offers a personal insight into Kilo’s world while showcasing the talent and perspective that continue to build his growing reputation.
FILMAWI said, “‘40’s” is a reflection on Kilo’s upbringing and the experiences that shaped him. Rather than telling a literal story, I wanted to build a world around those ideas. A world rooted in Tottenham, but elevated through symbolism, atmosphere and a sense of modern Tottenham mythology.”
