Banco Provincia de Buenos Aires has launched their 'Terrenales' campaign with two digital pieces, 'Crack' and 'Genia', emphasising that prevention and immediate support are the most effective ways to protect against a threat no one is immune to.
Through 'Crack' and 'Genia', the 'Terrenales' campaign, developed by Ácido, conveys that even those who consider themselves attentive or well-informed can become victims. That’s why prevention and immediate consultation are essential.
The initiative consists of a series of digital pieces designed to inform, prevent, and support users in the face of the most common cybercrimes. In addition to warning about suspicious calls, messages, or contacts, the campaign focuses on the official 24/7 service channels available so users can verify any concerns in time.
Rodrigo Isaia and Alejandro Garone, creative heads at Ácido, commented, “We’re very happy with this first project for Banco Provincia. What we aimed to convey through the concept is not to blame or point fingers, but to raise awareness that these types of scams can happen to anyone, even the most prepared and attentive people.”
