

Oscar Kugblenu is a passionate and dynamic creative leader in both business development, marketing & audio post production.
From sound production, voice over casting, managing budgets to audio post production Oscar is ahead of the game in his sector. With over 25 years of experience, he has developed an extensive pool of contacts, making him highly influential and connected in his field.
Having gained his experience from working at some of London’s, if not the world’s, leading audio post production houses, such as Grand Central Recording Studios, Wave Recording Studios, Oscar is adept at working on a variety of projects regardless of size or scale. His experience as an audio post producer, managing the audio post for hundreds of campaigns both in the UK & around the world, for brands like Vodafone, Jaguar, Nike, Range Rover, Nivea, Swiss-Com, Sky-Atlantic and more, reflects his international experience & expertise in the field. Oscar has been IMDb listed since 2011for his audio post duties on a number of short films.
In 2009 Oscar was the Business Development Manager / Social Media Manager for Grand Central Recording Studios. He left that post in January 2016. Looking to do something totally different, he volunteered with the charity Move For Humanity, working on the island of Lesvos, helping with the refugee crisis that had developed there, before embarking on a travel adventure. On his return to London in July, he joined Scramble Sound (now No8) as Business Development Manager, bringing in new clients such as BBC, Avios, Buster.
In 2017 Oscar launched Racso Consultancy, specialising in business development, marketing and social media. The consultancy offers advice and guidance on business development & marketing strategies, undertakes social media management, with a particular interest and focus on the creative service industries.
In 2018 Oscar joined the board of trustees at the Fiorentini Foundation, a charity dedicated to raising funds for children who are eager to participate in the performing arts but who are in need of financial assistance. He has been a regular volunteer for Crisis since 2016.
Oscar trained as an actor with Stage & The City in 2017/18 which not only developed his presenting skills but also gave him insights into improving the way he cast voiceover roles. Learning how to act improved his specialist offering in this area, and in 2019 alone he has worked on major voice over casting projects for Virgin Atlantic Airlines, WorldPay and Acuvue.
In December 2019 he became a Partner in 19 Sound.
