poppi and Charli xcx Are Bringing Vibes to the Super Bowl

The prebiotic soda brand teases its third consecutive Big Game spot with a teaser created by MIRIMAR and directed by Aidan Zamiri, the filmmaker behind ‘The Moment’, writes LBB’s Addison Capper

poppi is bringing vibes to the Super Bowl.

The prebiotic soda brand has dropped an early look at its 2026 Big Game ad featuring pop icon Charli xcx and actor Rachel Sennott. The pair star together in A24’s upcoming mockumentary ‘The Moment’, which follows Charli as she navigates the complexities of growing fame and industry pressures as she prepares for a debut arena tour.

The campaign is directed by Object & Animal’s Aidan Zamiri, who is also directing the movie. MIRIMAR is the agency working on the project, which is described by the brand as “built for the fans”. It was initially teased this past weekend with a series of posts on the brand’s Instagram.


“poppi has always been about moving at the speed of culture, not waiting for permission,” said Kristina MacIntosh, senior vice president of marketing at poppi. “Charli xcx, Rachel Sennott, and Aiden Zamiri are all people who create culture – they don’t chase it. Partnering with them for the Super Bowl felt like the most natural extension of who we are as a brand: confident, a little unexpected, and tapped into what’s actually happening right now. That’s where the magic is for us.”

This marks poppi’s third consecutive Big Game push. It comes on the heels of last year’s ‘Soda Thoughts’, which was created by VIRTUE Worldwide, and playfully unpacked the internal debate around drinking soda, reframing it as a no-regrets choice with all the flavour and none of the guilt.

That 2025 campaign delivered strong results: according to YouGov, poppi ranked number one across key Super Bowl ad metrics, including buzz lift, ad recall and consumer consideration.

“This was a very intentional return for us,” said Kristina. “We showed up with the same confidence, tone, and cultural point of view that defines how poppi exists online, because that’s core to who we are. Bringing someone like Charli xcx into our Super Bowl moment was key. She shapes culture, she doesn’t chase it. That’s where the most powerful brand moments come from today.”
