McCann New Zealand is proud to launch the third episode of The Ad Gab series, a platform dedicated to celebrating and elevating women across the advertising industry.
Building on the momentum of previous episodes, the latest instalment welcomes McCann chief creative officer Leisa Wall and Crave executive creative director Veronica Copestake as they dive into being a working mum, utilising imposter syndrome and carrying clean underwear.
Together they share candid conversations, personal insights, and the authentic bonds that fuel creativity and collaboration across the industry. The conversations reinforce why these connections are vital to both personal and professional growth.
Priya Patel, co-CEO of McCann New Zealand, said she's delighted to see The Ad Gab continue to evolve as a platform for meaningful conversations and authentic storytelling.
"We’re excited to see The Ad Gab continue to grow as a way to shine a light on the incredible women in our organisation and across our industry. With women making up almost half of our creative department, we’re proud to be building a culture where talent, collaboration and diverse perspectives are celebrated.”
The episode was created alongside female creatives, Phoebe Rooney, copywriter, and Georgia Henare, art director at McCann New Zealand, a testament to the agency's commitment to amplifying women's voices.
The Ad Gab continues to tackle key topics including mentorship, gender equity, parenthood, and leadership through the lens of diversity and inclusion. Upcoming episodes will continue the series' mission to celebrate women's stories and perspectives.
The podcast now sits under McCann New Zealand, following the merger of DDB and FCB. The Ad Gab is designed to represent more than just a celebration of women in the industry, and act as a showcase of the agency's creative evolution and expanding capabilities.
The podcast is part of McCann New Zealand's ongoing commitment to supporting women through initiatives and demonstrates the diverse talent and collaborative spirit that defines the newly merged organisation, demonstrating its commitment to building an inclusive culture where women lead, innovate, and thrive.
