hungryman UK Adds Hannah Levy to Roster

Three months ago, hungryman announced that acclaimed comedy director Hannah Levy had joined its roster.

Now, Hannah will be officially represented by hungryman in the UK as well, joining its existing representation in the US.

Known for their work directing over sixty pre-taped sketches at Saturday Night Live, Hannah has built a distinctive comedic voice rooted in character, performance and precision. After getting their start at The Onion, ClickHole and Funny or Die, they went on to direct pre-taped pieces for John Mulaney's Emmy Award-winning Everybody’s in LA and write for Netflix's Murderville and Comedy Central's Alternatino.

That character-first approach has translated seamlessly into commercial work. Hannah grounds even the most absurd comedic ideas in real emotion and specific, playable performances. By building around an actor’s instincts and finding the small details that make a character feel authentic, they’ve developed a signature style that is both visually inventive and just downright funny.

Their commercial work includes campaigns for Verizon, Milk, Hotels.com and Taco Bell, collaborating with talent including Aubrey Plaza, Pete Davidson, Sam Richardson, Ike Barinholtz, Rachel Dratch, Timothée Chalamet and Harry Styles.

Currently developing their first feature, Hot Ted, with Billy Magnussen's HappyBad Bungalow, Hannah continues to bring that same sharp eye for character and performance to stories of every scale.
