

Carat WA, a dentsu company, has appointed Charles Dangibeaud as client partner and
investment compliance lead on WA government, strengthening the agency's strategic
capabilities in the Western Australian market.
In his new role, Charles will drive client relationships and partnerships across Carat WA's client portfolio whilst leading investment strategy and compliance frameworks for the agency's WA government account, working alongside WA government client partner
Michelle Testa.
Charles joins Carat WA from Initiative Perth, where he served as head of strategy and WA government. He brings deep experience in media planning, investment management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in digital media and programmatic advertising developed through previous product roles at WPP Media and carsales.com.au.
His appointment reflects Carat's ongoing commitment to providing clients with strategic leadership and ensuring the highest standards of media investment practices.
