As client demand for enterprise and AI-enabled transformation accelerates, Omnicom has appointed Jantzen Bridges as global president of its consultancy, Credera.
In the newly created role, Jantzen will lead Credera’s global service and delivery strategy, partnering with enterprise clients on large-scale, AI-enabled transformation programmes spanning marketing, sales, commerce and operations.
The appointment comes as Omnicom looks to deepen its enterprise-level consulting capabilities, helping clients modernise data and cloud infrastructure, integrate marketing platforms and redesign operating models to support more connected customer experiences. That work is being led by Credera, which has grown significantly since Omnicom acquired the consultancy in 2018.
“Omnicom’s creative, media and commerce capabilities are globally recognised for helping our clients bring compelling customer experiences to life,” says Jantzen, speaking with LBB. “In today’s market, bringing more personalised, contextual customer experiences to life at scale often requires enterprise transformation for our clients.”
Credera’s work spans enterprise strategy through to execution – from platform and data modernisation to the responsible enablement of AI, operating model design, process reengineering and change management – supporting organisations as they scale transformation in a way that delivers real value.
“With creative, media, commerce, and consulting teams aligned from the start and serving our clients as one Omnicom, clients benefit from the integrated thinking and execution, which drives value and growth faster and more sustainably,” says Jantzen.
On AI, Jantzen, who was formerly founder and principal at EY Studio+, says Credera’s most common client requests centre on data strategies and establishing the right foundations for enterprise AI enablement. Many are also seeking guidance on the future of AI-powered advertising and sales to help shape their roadmaps.
Others are turning to Credera for AI education and hands-on training, governance models and support navigating AI-enabled marketing platforms, while some are using its industry-specific ‘AI business value maps’ to develop roadmaps aligned to specific business outcomes.
“It’s such an exciting time right now with our clients being at all different points in the AI journey, but it can also be an intimidating journey for many,” says Jantzen. “We really take pride in meeting clients where they are and tailoring our approach to what their teams need to embrace the change and own the outcomes long term.”
Commenting on the hire, Omnicom chairman and CEO John Wren said clients are increasingly seeking support beyond traditional marketing services as AI reshapes how organisations create value.
“With AI fundamentally reshaping how organisations create value, our clients are asking for more than our best-in-class creative, commerce and media services – they need help redesigning their data platforms, technology strategies and processes,” said John. “Jantzen’s leadership strengthens our ability to help clients transform how marketing, technology and operations work together to drive business outcomes.”
Following Omnicom’s acquisition of Interpublic, the group has further expanded its scale and capabilities across marketing and sales.“With creative, media, production, and commerce capabilities, buoyed by gold-standard assets like Acxiom Real ID and Omni,” says Jantzen. “We serve the world’s most iconic brands today, and we’re doubling down on enterprise transformation with Credera now to help our clients more seamlessly and cost effectively.”
Jantzen brings more than 20 years of experience from global consulting firms including Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom Consulting and EY, where she most recently served as a founding principal of EY Studio+. There, she focused on AI-first growth strategies and enterprise platform transformation across partners including Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft and ServiceNow.
She will report to Justin Bell, global CEO of Credera, who said the appointment reinforces the consultancy’s role as a strategic partner to senior leaders navigating AI-driven change.
“Jantzen brings a rare combination of enterprise-scale transformation leadership and a deep belief that technology should serve people,” said Justin. “Her appointment reinforces our role as a strategic partner to executives rethinking how growth, marketing and operations function in an AI-driven world.”
