Wonderhood Studios has appointed Mandy Gould as executive creative director of the Makers Studio.
In her new role, Mandy will oversee the creative output across all of Wonderhood Makers’ client roster as well as working closely with Jack Croft and Stacey Bird, executive creative directors of Wonderhood Studios, on integrated campaigns and projects. Mandy will also be responsible for growing and nurturing creative talent in the Makers studio.
Wonderhood Makers, the social and content arm of Wonderhood Studios was opened in 2023 and Mandy will report into founders Jo Lumb and Katie Hunter. She will be a key part of the Makers leadership team.
Mandy joins from VIRTUE, the creative agency powered by VICE, where she has been for the past two years. During her time there, she has built, run and scaled the creative department across London and EMEA. She oversaw work spanning culture, innovation and digital storytelling.
Prior to VIRTUE, she spent six years at MediaMonks Amsterdam where she grew their campaigns team from four to over twenty-five people, working across Europe and LATAM. During her time, she helped win notable clients such as FIFA, Apple and BMW. Before that, Mandy spent time at Poke as a digital creative lead.
With over 17 years’ experience, Mandy has led award-winning work for brands including Google, Toyota and EE. Her background spans brand platforms, social and digital ecosystems, experiential storytelling and innovation-led launches, with a reputation for turning legacy brands into community-driven cultural players.
