Wonderhood Studios Strengthens Creative Department with Promotions

Wonderhood Studios has promoted James Rafter, Myles Vincent, Jen Ashton and Oli Short to creative directors.

These promotions follow a series of creative team hires in August 2025.

James and Myles joined the agency in May 2021 as senior creatives from VCCP. In the past four years, they have created award winning work such as ‘Best Seat in the House’ for National Theatre Live, Starling Bank’s ‘The Bank Built For You’, and most recently, Waitrose’s ‘Better Chicken Commitment’ campaign.

James and Myles will lead the Coral account where they launched the ‘We’re Here For It’ platform.

Jen and Oli joined Wonderhood Studios from BBH in March 2024. Since then, they have created cut-through campaigns such as ‘England Without Immigration’ for Migration Museum and ‘Homeless Delivery’, a collaboration between The Soup Kitchen and Just Eat.

Jen and Oli will lead the INEOS Automotive account where they recently launched the new ‘Us vs Them’ brand platform.

Both teams will continue to work across a range of Wonderhood Studios’ clients and will report into Jack Croft and Stacey Bird, executive creative directors, at Wonderhood Studios.

Jack and Stacey, executive creative directors, said, “At Wonderhood we have a solid tradition of developing talent within the agency. These four are the perfect example of that. We can’t wait to see them bring their wealth of experience as creatives into Creative Directing.”
