

Global creative communications consultancy W Communications has named Estelle Boon as international board director, as the agency continues to build on its international success, with ambitious growth plans across North America, the GCC, EMEA and APAC.
A seasoned senior leader with deep international expertise across consumer brands, corporate businesses and commercial brand partnerships, her focus will be on driving business development and market scale – capitalising on a period of strong global momentum for the agency.
Estelle will build on W’s recent international new business wins and oversee multi-market campaigns for clients including F1 Arcadeand POP MART. She will have a particular focus on North America as the agency’s New York office boosts its delivery in this market with a continued diversification of marketing services.
The appointment reflects W’s rapidly expanding global presence, with Estelle set to play a key role alongside founder Warren Johnson in developing cross-market opportunities, strengthening client partnerships and expanding the agency’s footprint in priority regions.
It follows W’s launch of its Abu Dhabi HQ last month and Matt Brown’s recent promotion to UK CEO. It also comes on the back of the expansion of the agency’s in-house specialisms that has seen it launch hospitality growth engine Chomp, influencer marketing agency HelloFranses! and most recently culture-led sports marketing agency Spike.
