Kate Howarth promoted to head of client services, Paul Dazeley to group head of planning and Jos Ingram named group planning director (CRM)

TMW, part of Accenture Song, has promoted three of its senior staff to leadership positions.

Business director Kate Howarth has been promoted to head of client services, head of planning for TMW, Paul Dazeley has been promoted to group head of planning, and planning director Jos Ingram has been named group planning director (CRM).

As head of client services, Kate Howarth will oversee TMW's growing account management department. During her time as business director, Kate has overseen new client wins including Aviva and Bulk, whilst taking more leadership responsibilities alongside Karen Morris, (who was promoted to chief client officer early this year). In her new role, reporting into Karen, she will ensure the agency continues to build strong partnerships and provide clients with an exceptional experience. She will also retain responsibility for managing some of the agency's biggest accounts, including McDonald's and Suzuki.

Paul, previously head of planning, has been instrumental in leading TMW's integrated strategic approach, driving success on a raft of government clients, McDonald's and Freely. During the period Paul has headed up TMW's planning department, he has tripled its headcount. As group head of planning, he will drive strategic excellence throughout the agency's integrated disciplines, including B2B, B2C, CRM and Government, whilst creating space for new leaders to steer excellence within those specialisms. Paul will continue to report into chief strategy officer, Dan Bowers.

Jos's promotion to group planning director will see her shape the future of CRM within the agency. Since joining in 2021, Jos has been the strategic lead on many of TMW's biggest customer engagement accounts, including Vodafone and NS&I. As well as continuing to create industry-leading CRM, her team will work closely with the Human Understanding Lab and Accenture Song to develop pioneering tools and technology solutions that put behavioural science at the heart of CRM. Ingram will report to Paul Dazeley.

Emma Norman, managing director at TMW part of Accenture Song said, “We’re incredibly proud to be in a position to create these roles and fill them internally with superstar members of the team. Kate, Paul, and Jos have each made an extraordinary impact on our clients, our culture, and our growth. Their talent, dedication, and leadership embody everything we strive for at TMW, and it’s a real privilege to be able to recognise that through these promotions.”
