Forsman & Bodenfors is adding to its team with Roshanak Fatahian as new client director and head of diversity and inclusion. With more than 15 years of experience, she is one of the industry’s most influential voices, named both Super Communicator and Role Model of the Year.
“Creativity combined with strategy has always been Forsman & Bodenfors’ strength. We are therefore very happy to welcome Roshy, who with her experience and leadership strengthens our strategic offer both in Sweden and globally, as we continue our ambition to be a creative, fair, and inclusive business partner to our clients,” says James Jenkins, CEO Sweden.
Roshanak represents modern leadership where business drive, creativity, and social change go hand in hand. With a digital background and experience leading major brand transformations for companies like Swish, Klarna, and Vattenfall, she has a solid foundation in strategic communication. She pushes diversity and inclusion in ways that strengthen both organisations and society, including co-creating one of Sweden’s second-largest mentoring programs for racialised people in the creative industries – an effort focused on communication that makes a real difference.
“For me, Forsman & Bodenfors has always stood for courage, innovation, and a level of creativity that has inspired the whole industry. To now step in as client director and at the same time build F&B’s work with diversity and inclusion feels incredibly exciting. I look forward to working with clients in Sweden and internationally to strengthen their business and at the same time contribute to a more inclusive future for the industry,” says Roshanak Fatahian.
Roshanak joins from NORD DDB Stockholm, where she was senior client director and head of DEI.
She is also chair of The Good Talents, co-founder of All of Us, and serves on the boards of both EACA and the Swedish Advertising Ombudsman. Over her career, she has worked with brands such as H&M Group, Klarna, Marshall Group, Universal Music, SAAB, the Swedish Armed Forces, SAS, SVT, and TikTok.
