Real Chemistry Names Dirk Poschenrieder Managing Director, Germany

​Real Chemistry, a global leader in AI- and insights-driven healthcare communications, has appointed Dirk Poschenrieder as managing director, Germany, strengthening the company’s ability to support healthcare clients in one of Europe’s most important and nuanced life sciences markets.

The appointment reflects Real Chemistry’s continued investment in helping clients navigate the distinct launch, reimbursement, regulatory and stakeholder dynamics of the German healthcare landscape.

In his new role, Dirk will lead Real Chemistry’s growth and client delivery in Germany, partnering with clients to ensure business, communications and engagement strategies are grounded in local expertise while leveraging connections to Real Chemistry’s global network and integrated capabilities. Dirk brings 25 years’ experience across healthcare marketing, communications and business development. He joins Real Chemistry after serving as managing director of Publicis Health Germany. His experience also includes eight years as managing director at Havas Health Network in Germany and client-side roles at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Sony and Deutsche Post DHL.
