Brian Baumgartner Returns as ‘World’s Most Famous Accountant’ in Ramp’s 2026 Super Bowl Ad

Celebrating the finance teams that keep businesses running, ‘Multiply What’s Possible’ was created in-house by Ramp, with direction from Randall Einhorn through Radical Media, reports LBB’s Abi Lightfoot

Brian Baumgartner reprises his role as the ‘World’s Most Famous Accountant’ in Ramp’s Super Bowl spot this year. Although this time around, he’s joined by an army of uncanny lookalikes.

Titled ‘Multiply What’s Possible’ the 30-second campaign was created in-house by Ramp, with direction from Randall Einhorn through Radical Media, and VFX by Framestore

In the ad, ‘The Office’ star – despite being no stranger to life behind a desk – becomes overwhelmed with the insurmountable pile of receipts stacking up around him. With a finance meeting looming, his problems are solved and efficiency rate goes through the roof as he discovers Ramp, which manifests itself as a multitude of versions of himself.

Based on the premise that Ramp is a force multiplier for finance teams, Brian celebrates his freedom from tedious paperwork and invoices by crowd-surfing atop of the army of Brians - because, why wouldn’t you?

The spot builds on Ramp’s Super Bowl debut last year, and on the viral ‘Brian’s First Day as a CFO’ stunt in October 2025, which was seen by over 100 million people. To support the ad, Ramp created a series of three social videos with Andy Buckley, who plays Brian’s finance counterpart David Wallace in ‘The Office’

“Finance teams don’t need more hours, they need the hours they already have back. Ramp automates the messy parts of spend – receipts, invoices, approvals – so teams can move faster and focus on decisions that actually grow the business,” said Eric Glyman, co-founder and CEO of Ramp. “Our Super Bowl spot with Brian Baumgartner captures a real feeling: when manual work goes away, it’s like your best accountant has been multiplied. And before the ad airs, we’re bringing that idea to life with a live experience around the Big Game to celebrate the finance teams who keep businesses running. We hope to see you there!”

“It was a joy to work with Brian Baumgartner again and be in a space where we could both play," added director Randall Einhorn. "Ramp's powerful financial operations platform allowed us to create comedic moments while showcasing elevated content."

The ad will extend beyond the TV commercial, coming to life through live event activations at and around Super Bowl LX. Before the game, Brian and many lookalikes are hosting Brian’s Tailgate at Fort Mason Pavilion in San Francisco. The tailgate is open to the public and attendees are invited to participate in a Brian lookalike contest for a chance to win two tickets to the Big Game.

Following the tailgate, Brian and his lookalikes will travel from San Francisco to Levi Stadium to attend Super Bowl LX, where they will watch the game and half time show with fans. Brian’s Tailgate and drive from San Francisco to Levi's Stadium (during which he will be joined by influencers like Max Klymenko, Luke Manley, and MD Foodie Boyz) will be live streamed on X @tryramp for viewers at home.
