R&R Partners Strengthens Creative Ranks With Five Key Appointments

Ben Majoy, Brenda Band, Thiago ‘Chuck’ Barbieri, Daniel Paredes and Ben Tolbert join the independent agency to fuel bold, category-defining work

R&R partners, the independent agency known for solving problems in audacious ways and going to unparalleled lengths to partner with clients, has made strategic additions to its creative team, reinforcing the agency’s momentum in driving iconic, category-leading work for its clients.

Ben Majoy, a veteran creative with 15 years of agency experience, comes to R&R in the newly developed role of group creative director after honing his skills at agencies like Omelet, Deutsch, Saatchi & Saatchi, Vice, and most recently Crispin.

Brenda Band steps into the role of associate creative director, working under group creative director Blake Morris. For nearly a decade, Brenda has cut her teeth at global agencies like DAVID São Paolo, Anomaly, DDB, and most recently, T&P.

Thiago 'Chuck' Barbieri comes to R&R as an associate creative director. For nearly two decades, Chuck has been a creative force for Wieden + Kennedy, AKQA, Anomaly LA, DDB Chicago, Crispin Porter + Bogusky for clients such as Google, Netflix, Expedia, Nike, Ambev, Mars, Mondelez, Hoka, and Gatorade. Hailing from Brazil and currently residing in Los Angeles, Chuck’s industry accolades have racked up Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, Clio Awards, The One Show Pencils, and Young Lions Brazil.

Daniel Paredes joins the team as associate creative director with 12 years of experience on brands like Apple, Airbnb, Meta, Hotels.com, Vrbo, and more, both agency side and in-house.

Ben Tolbert will take the role of associate creative director, Ben has over 10 years of experience from his time at Expedia, Snapchat, TBWA\CHIAT\DAY, and David & Goliath working on brands like Gatorade, McDonald’s, Kia, Hotels.com, Farmers Insurance, and more.

These new hires come on the heels of a significant year for R&R, marked by category-defining work in tourism, healthcare, governmental affairs, tech, and more. The campaigns underscore the agency’s ability to merge sharp strategic insight with creative firepower, work that effectively demonstrates the strength of the agency’s loyal and long lasting relationships.
