Creative agency Quality Meats has added a new name to its senior leadership and two partners to the top table.
The moves come during a period of significant momentum. Quality Meats has been named Small Agency of the Year by both AdAge and Adweek, and last year became the only small agency to take home a Grand Prix at Cannes. In the past few months the shop has won lead-agency duties for Moen and Canva.
Long time Wieden + Kennedy veteran Vanessa Miller joins as head of account management. Vanessa joins the agency from Leo Chicago where she served as managing director, focused on bringing a creatively-led mindset to the account management discipline.
Joe Burns, Quality Meat’s head of strategy, and Jonathan King, the agency’s head of growth, have become partners alongside co-founders and co-CCOs Gordy Sang and Brian Siedband, and managing director Amy Edwards.
Joe, formerly head of strategy at BBH New York after a decade spent at Mother London, has been at Quality Meats for two years and helped to nurture a sharp, opinionated and prolific posture for the department.
Jonathan has led growth at Quality Meats since 2024, following leadership roles at agencies including Havas, VMLY&R and DDB. In that time, he has helped to grow the agency’s client roster and reputation through a long-and-growing list of accounts and awards.
“We want to grow, but don’t want to grow out of what’s made us successful,” said co-founders Gordy and Brian. “The two of us bring the dumb to the table, so we’re grateful our leadership team’s filled with really, really smart people.”
