Kozel has appointed Purple Creative as its new global packaging and brand visual identity agency after a four-way pitch.
While the agency already works with AEI and Kozel, the global packaging pitch win represents a significant new project for Purple.
“We were truly impressed with Purple’s pitch presentation as well as their knowledge, expertise and analysis of the Kozel brand world. Their work provided valuable insights and offered a fresh perspective on Kozel’s current designs and packaging, which will help make us even more distinctive in the future. We are very excited about moving this project forward with Purple,” said Lucie Vaverová, global senior brand manager, Kozel, Asahi Europe & International.
“How can you not love a beer named after a goat? Kozel is a brand that’s very close to our hearts; one we’ve enjoyed a rich history with. This pitch win is super exciting, made possible by the passion and expertise of our creative team and the vision and belief of the client team. In a beer category that’s increasingly competitive and cut-throat, we can’t wait to help Kozel stand-out around the world with premium, fresh and relevant new packaging and brand world. It’s the start of a goat-able new relationship,” said Steve Bewick, creative director, Purple Creative.
The appointment is effective immediately, with the first wave of Purple’s new packaging work expected mid 2026.
