Independent creative agency, Neverland, revealed the expansion of its creative leadership team with the hiring of creative director duo: Poppy Donaldson and Lauren Ellis. The pair will report into the agency’s CCO, Jon Forsyth and sit alongside Lloyd Daniel, who was promoted to creative director at the beginning of 2025.
The additions to the Neverland’s line-up are part of the agencies broader ambition to embrace ambidextrous talent, able to think strategically as much as creatively. Jon Forsyth, CCO and co-founder of Neverland said, "Poppy and Lauren have that golden touch of effortlessly talented quality. Working alongside our equally ambidextrous superstar Lloyd, anything is possible."
The appointments come following Neverland’s strong growth across 2025 which saw the agency bring in 13 new brands to its roster including UNICEF UK, Center Parks, Sharps and the launch of the agency’s first new franchise Pink Neon.
Poppy and Lauren join the agency to lead its creative partnerships with Rightmove, Center Parcs and Sharps, along with other clients. The duo will work closely with creative director Lloyd Daniel to support the training and development of Neverland’s creative team as well as partnering with Pink Neon to bring the two agencies' capabilities together for Neverland’s clients.
