Marcin Giżycki has joined FCB Warsaw as senior art director and photographer. With over 13 years of experience in the creative industry, he combines strategic brand thinking with the sensitivity of a photographer – crafting coherent and distinctive visual narratives.
Before joining FCB Warsaw, he worked on projects for brands such as Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, OnePlus, L’Oréal, Alfa Romeo, Hasselblad, Ferrari and Heinz, leading campaigns from concept to production across digital, social and offline media.
In recent years, he has been responsible for the creative direction of the ‘Ekipa Na Życie’ campaign for Grant’s, co-created the Pluxee rebranding and launch campaign, and developed projects for Heinz Poland.
Outside of agency work, Marcin designs visual identities for wine brands, combining branding with a refined sense of form and detail. He also explores the use of AI tools in creative processes – from generative visuals to video applications.
Marcin is the winner of the prestigious Hasselblad Masters competition (1st place in Product Photography) and recipient of Sony Photography Awards and Grand Press Photo honours. His work has been featured in Wprost, Polityka, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Forbes Latvia, Bloomberg Businessweek Poland, Press and Noizz. He has also served as a Hasselblad Masters juror, and his projects have been shortlisted multiple times at KTR Awards.
“Marcin is an art director who naturally connects concept and image. His work balances strategic thinking with the visual sensitivity of a photographer – a rare combination that fits perfectly with our agency,” said Adam Zdeb, chief creative officer at FCB Warsaw.
