IMA's 'You’re hard to impress. Good.' campaign reframes picky as powerful, highlighting the estate agency’s understanding of clients who know exactly what they want

Estate agency John D Wood & Co. has unveiled its brand campaign, 'You’re hard to impress. Good.' A bold and witty celebration of the high standards and precise expectations of today’s buyers and renters.

With the accompanying line 'For people who know what they want,' the campaign uses humour to reframe 'picky' as powerful, highlighting John D Wood & Co. as the agency that truly understands and delivers for discerning clients. Using striking visuals and tongue-in-cheek copy, the campaign highlights the small but significant details that matter most to customers, from driveway appeal and flooring choices to natural light, gardens and even wine cellars.

The campaign will be amplified across print advertising, alongside social media, digital display, paid search, direct mail and window card takeovers across all branches. IMA Global delivered the media strategy and execution, and the multi-channel approach demonstrates John D Wood & Co.’s continued investment in marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement in a competitive market.
