Chinkara Singh “Ready to Sprint” as Havas Health’s First Chief Production Officer

Global chief creative officer Eric Weisberg and newly appointed chief production officer Chinkara Singh are setting out to rethink creative and production across the Havas Health Network following significant investment in technology and production, writes LBB’s Abi Lightfoot

Havas Health Network has appointed Chinkara Singh as its first-ever chief production officer, tasking her with rethinking production “from top to bottom,” according to global chief creative officer Eric Weisberg, speaking with LBB.

Chinkara joins from IPG health company Area 23, where she most recently served as SVP, group director, broadcast production.

Eric points to two majors shifts driving the decision to welcome a head of production. “Two forces – the creative revolution in health marketing and the AI era – are converging to create new opportunities for production and craft to transform our work,” he says. “With the addition of Chinkara, we aren’t just welcoming our first-ever chief production officer; we are rethinking production from top to bottom.

“Today, every brand is a ‘health brand’ – it’s the zeitgeist of our time,” he adds. “We believe that our work in the health and wellness space should not only be the best in our category, but it must be the best in the world.”

He adds that Chinkara brings exceptional creative vision and the operational leadership needed to back that ambition. “Chinkara is an innovator, problem-solver, and AI-first thinker who understands how to move fast without sacrificing quality, supporting bold creative ambition with the right infrastructure.”

Bringing over two decades of experience in advertising and production to Havas Health, Chinkara’s appointment follows the greatest investment in production and technology to date in the company’s history. This includes the global launch of content-at-scale network Prose on Pixels; sonic branding company, Art of Sound; health entertainment offering Welltainment™; and Vermeer, a Havas-created AI platform offering unprecedented control over image and video creation.

“We wanted a leader who could accelerate and integrate this ecosystem into our creative process and scale it across all Havas Health Network agencies,” says Eric.

Chinkara and her team will prioritise bringing craft, personalisation and content at scale to the “forefront of the creative process,” adds Eric. Working closely with Prose on Pixels, Chinkara will help to shape the future of production through human-led, AI powered content and experiences.

“Her leadership will raise the bar across the board, producing work that is more ambitious, cohesive, and impactful,” adds Eric, “at a time when health brands must meet unprecedented expectations and creative opportunities.”
