Havas Health and Creative Networks have appointed Harriet Flory as global chief communications officer, reporting to Donna Murphy, global chief executive officer of the networks.
In this newly created role, Flory will lead the global communications strategy across Havas’s health and creative divisions, defining how the networks show up to the world, shaping a unified global narrative, and amplifying the impact of its creative and business performance.
“As we continue to expand our global influence, we needed a communications leader who brings clarity, cohesion, and creative ambition to how we tell our story,” said Donna Murphy, global chief executive officer, Havas Health and Creative Networks. “Harriet’s strategic rigour, global experience, and ability to unify teams around a shared narrative make her the right leader to elevate our presence across markets and disciplines.”
Flory brings more than 20 years of global communications leadership, guiding agencies and executives through transformation, growth, and high-visibility industry moments. Most recently, she led an independent consultancy advising creative, technology, and marketing agencies on positioning and visibility. Prior to that, she served as EVP, global head of communications at VaynerX, where she strengthened the company’s global profile and narrative. During her 15 years at BBDO and Proximity Worldwide, she helped shape the network’s global communications function, showcasing its creative excellence and industry leadership.
“Havas has an extraordinary story that’s rooted in creativity, collaboration, and meaningful impact. The opportunity to connect that story across the globe and build a narrative that reflects the full power of the Creative and Health Networks is what drew me here,” said Flory.
Flory will partner closely with Charlotte Rambaud, global chief communications officer, Havas, to build a cohesive communications framework for the broader Havas network—aligning messaging, storytelling, and engagement strategies across audiences, categories, and regions.
Her appointment underscores Havas Health and Creative Networks’ commitment to bold, connected leadership that fuels business growth, creative excellence, and cultural relevance for clients worldwide. She assumes her position with immediate effect.
