Enterprise is giving fans a reason to care even more about every corner kick.
The brand’s new #OnEveryCorner campaign turns one of football’s most suspenseful pauses into a real-time chance to win a car. When a corner kick is called, fans who post on X once a corner kick is called could win if it results in a qualifying corner-kick goal.
That simple mechanic becomes much bigger across the scale of the tournament. With more than 1,000 corner kicks projected across five weeks of play, each one becomes a potential high-stakes moment for fans and a repeatable way for Enterprise to show up during parts of the match fans already watch closely without interrupting the experience.
The idea is built for the way people already watch live sports: match on, phone nearby, reacting in real time and following the conversation on X. From June 11 to July 19, 2026, fans in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, France and Spain can post #OnEveryCorner, #Sweepstakes and tag @Enterprise when the referee calls an official corner kick. They can also enter a separate free drawing throughout the tournament at OnEveryCorner.com.
Created in partnership with BBDO, the idea came from a simple connection: Enterprise’s brand differentiator of being “here for it, around the corner and around the world,” and the recurring part of the football match where all attention shifts to the corner. #OnEveryCorner connects the two in a way that feels native to the viewing experience and true to the brand.
This social-first activation, developed with partners UM and Weber Shandwick, is supported by a campaign spanning linear TV, streaming placements, creator partnerships, a custom X integration, and OOH placements on actual corners across tournament host cities including Boston, Dallas, LA, Miami, and Toronto, as well as where fans are watching in Paris, Madrid, Berlin, London and Marseille.
What makes the activation different is how specific the participation window is. Enterprise isn’t asking fans to enter around a full match, final score or general tournament moment; it’s building the sweepstakes around one specific, repeatable part of play: the window between a corner kick being called and the corner kick goal being scored.
To make it work, the programme uses a sophisticated combination of technologies and customised solutions that connect live match data, X entry capture and sweepstakes logic in real time, so eligible posts can be tied to every corner kick moment as they happen over the course of the 104 matches of the tournament. The fan action stays simple, but the custom system behind it has to account for real-time tournament data integration, timely social engagement, sweepstakes infrastructure, and international compliance. Unlike most traditional sweepstakes, it gives fans repeated chances to win as play unfolds while creating a memorable association between the brand and the corner itself.
The project highlights how brands can create their own moments during football’s biggest global tournament in a way that feels additive and authentic. The corner kick is a small but emotionally charged part of the game, and #OnEveryCorner connects the brand’s “on every corner” DNA to that anticipation. The result is a credible way for Enterprise to be part of the conversation without being in the stadium.
Enterprise has also partnered with football aficionado Rob Mac, Emmy-winning producer, entrepreneur, actor and co-chairman of Wrexham A.F.C., to help bring the campaign to life through fan-focused content and real-time engagement throughout the tournament.
Likewise, the team partnered with former footballers across European markets to bring credibility, local relevance and storytelling to the campaign via earned media interviews and content creation, including Joe Cole, Gaizka Mendieta, Marcel Desailly and Thomas Häßler.
Alongside the consumer programme, Enterprise is also extending the idea to its employees through Corner Kick Community Grants, awarding grants to select nonprofit organisations for every qualifying corner kick goal scored, up to $500,000 in total.
"As a global mobility leader, Enterprise's real magic is being a reliable fixture in thousands of local communities. They pride themselves on being in your corner, on your corner. Rather than just say it, we wanted to connect fans directly to it," said Stu Mair, executive creative director of BBDO New York. "With a stage like this, you usually hope to carve out one big moment for your brand. With #OnEveryCorner, we're turning each of the thousand estimated corner kicks into a big moment for Enterprise. We’re excited to watch fans jump in."
"Corner kicks are some of the most decisive plays in the game, defined by preparation, timing and opportunity," said Kyle Sanborn, vice president of global brand and marketing strategy, Enterprise Mobility. "This programme brings the moment to life for fans, while reinforcing what Enterprise delivers every day: reliable mobility solutions when and where they are needed."
