

Coolr, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent social media agencies that works with clients such as Deliveroo, Burger King and Lidl GB, has appointed Jen Stubley as its first head of content and community.
Jen joins Coolr after nearly three years as head of social media management at Jungle Creations, where she led in shaping social strategies for some of the world’s most recognised brands such as Disney and Red Bull. Prior to this, Jen was the global social lead for the Bacardi portfolio at creative agency AMV BBDO, working across a portfolio of brands including Martini, Bombay Sapphire, Eristoff, William Lawson's and Bacardi Rum.
As head of content and community, Jen will lead the team driving Coolr’s content and community initiatives - bringing together its Editorial and TikTok experts to help brands not just post on social, but truly show up in the conversations that matter. Operating like a newsroom, the Content & Community division at Coolr is designed to set the standard for cultural creativity in social by identifying trends, creating lo-fi content at speed, and engaging with communities in authentic, funny, and culturally relevant ways.
In her role, Jen will ensure Coolr’s clients remain culturally connected and relevant online, while growing, coaching, and mentoring her team to deliver bold, creative ideas that audiences engage with.
