In this newly created role, Charlotte will collaborate closely with leaders and teams across social, creator, and earned-first creativity to create strategic, go-to-market solutions that harness the power of Publicis’ unique capabilities, accelerating growth for clients. Charlotte will design integrated offerings that meet the demands of today's audience-first marketplace, build centres of excellence driving innovation in social and creator marketing, and serve as a strategic partner to client leaders as they navigate the evolving media landscape.
"As we continue investing in the capabilities that matter most to our clients, Charlotte represents the future of integrated marketing," said Carla. "Her proven track record of creating culture-defining campaigns and her mastery in building social-first maker teams will help us deliver even greater value across our client portfolio."
Prior to joining Publicis Creative US, Charlotte was president of PR, social and influence (PRSI), North America at Ogilvy, where she led the agency's PRSI business and integrated client offering across the region. During her tenure, she was instrumental in Ogilvy PRSI attaining several industry recognitions, including Most Awarded PR Agency of the Year (U.S. PRWeek Awards 2023 & 2024), Global PR Agency of the Year (Global Sabre Awards 2025), Creative PR Agency of the Year (U.S. SABRE Awards 2024), Global PR Network of the Year (LIAs 2024), Global Large Influencer Agency of the Year (Influencer Marketing Awards, 2024).

The campaign was hailed widely, ultimately winning the 2024 Cannes Lion Grand Prix for Social & Influencer and multiple other honours including several Gold Effies, D&AD Yellow Pencils, Webbys, and the Super Clio.
Throughout her 17-year career across multiple continents, Charlotte pioneered social and influencer marketing practices, taking an audience-centric approach to evolving brands for the modern world. She has been recognised on both PRWeek's and AdAge's prestigious '40 Under 40' lists, underscoring her ability to bridge PR and advertising while driving meaningful business transformation. Charlotte was recently inducted into the 2025 Advertising Hall of Achievement, which recognises industry leaders that have reshaped the landscape of advertising, entertainment, and media.
“My career has been built on using creativity to solve business problems and designing solutions that truly meet people where they are,” said Charlotte. “Publicis Groupe’s unmatched intelligence and technology opens the door to entirely new ways of building ideas that win in culture.”
Charlotte’s immediate focus will be on key clients and developing integrated social, creator, and earned solutions that can be scaled across the Groupe’s US portfolio.
