The Alliance of Independent Agencies, the UK’s leading trade body representing independent marketing and communications agencies, has announced the expansion and strengthening of its core team as it continues to scale its programmes, services, and community impact.
To support its growing membership base, the Alliance has appointed Natalie Scodie as community manager for the Alliance of Media Independents (AMI) and the Indie Agency Club, Aimee Spragg as events manager, and Amina Hamad as social and communications executive. These new hires bring additional expertise, energy, and dedicated support to the Alliance’s mission of empowering independent agencies across the UK.
In their respective roles, Natalie will lead on community engagement, fostering collaboration across AMI and the Indie Agency Club; Aimee will spearhead the Alliance’s expanding calendar of events; and Amina will elevate communications across all channels, strengthening the organisation’s voice and visibility.
Terry Martin, managing director of the Alliance of Independent Agencies said,"We are committed to building an organisation that truly champions independent agencies, and that starts with having an exceptional team at the heart of the Alliance. Strengthening our core capabilities allows us to deliver even more value. From richer community experiences to bigger, better events and more dynamic communications. It’s an incredibly exciting time for our members and for the Alliance as a whole."
