Facing declining museum attendance and a generation disengaged from traditional exhibits, Samsung and Google set out to reimagine the museum experience for Gen Z and younger audiences. Instead of launching a traditional campaign, we created a product-led, technology-powered journey where the Samsung Galaxy devices and Gemini Live became the key to unlocking each exhibit—turning passive viewing into active, personalized discovery.
We placed Samsung Galaxy devices in museums across LA, Dallas, Houston, and New York, enabling visitors to engage exhibits through real-time AI conversations in over 20 languages.
The experience delivered hours of hands-on engagement and introduced thousands of visitors to Samsung through their first-ever Galaxy experience.
