To celebrate the highly anticipated return of BAFTA Award Winning Blue Lights for its third series, BBC Creative pulled off a trio of stunts across Belfast that brought the drama of the show into the heart of the city and got everyone talking.

Crime Scene Tape Takeover

In a striking visual nod to the show’s gritty realism, Belfast’s Grand Central was dramatically wrapped in Blue Lights branded crime scene tape. The installation transformed the train station and created buzz that Blue Lights was officially coming to screens.

Giant Witness Appeal Noticeboard

A towering witness appeal board appeared overnight, urging the public to “witness” exclusive new content from the series. Designed to mimic real police appeals we invited fans to engage with the show like never before. It became a hotspot for selfies and speculation, amplifying excitement ahead of the premiere.

Oversized Parking Tickets

In a humorous nod to the show’s 9pm airtime, oversized “parking tickets” were placed on cars with a cheeky warning. The stunt combined wit with urgency, reminding fans not to miss the action while playfully disrupting the everyday.
