On October 2nd, 2025, the International Day of Non Violence, Médecins du Monde presented 'HELP NEEDS HELP'. The campaign that exposes a devastating truth: in many parts of the world, humanitarian aid is being silenced by war.
At the centre of the campaign is a haunting film produced by Rebolucion Spain and directed by Felipe Gómez Aparicio, with creative direction by La Despensa. Set inside a crashed vehicle, the story unfolds amid chaos and silence, a space where time has stopped, but compassion refuses to. The film becomes a symbol of the strength of those who keep moving forward when everything around them has fallen apart.
Its message is simple yet urgent: when aid is blocked, only solidarity can move it forward.
Behind this message lies an alarming reality. Last year, 3.7 million people were denied medical care because humanitarian teams were attacked or prevented from reaching them. Over 1.6 billion people now live in conflict zones with little or no access to health services. In the past year alone, 2,735 attacks on medical facilities were recorded in war-torn regions.

Through this campaign, Médecins du Monde calls for empathy, awareness, and collective action. Every doctor, nurse, and volunteer who risks their life in a war zone embodies the belief that humanity must not surrender to violence.
'HELP NEEDS HELP' is more than a campaign, it’s a cry for protection, for attention, and for solidarity. Because in a world where conflict stops everything from moving forward, help itself needs help.
