This year’s Women Who Will lineup has felt like watching a sisterhood tree grow in real time. Not quite a family tree, not quite a network, but something in between: A living map of women who show what leadership, creativity and ambition can look like in a hundred different forms. Each of them willing change, inclusion and epic creativity.
Every woman we featured added a new branch.
Xanthe with her fearless instinct.
Annie with her sharp, generous honesty.
Robyn with her steady, iconic strength.
Hilary’s brilliant brain.
Danielle’s global swagger.
Zoë’s calm confidence.
Bec’s warmth and grit.
Kirsty’s boldness.
Emma’s craft magic.
Randa’s focus and fire.
Nat’s firecracker energy.
And of course the wonderful Jaime, who was the one to call Women Who Will a ‘family tree of sorts’ and made me want to reflect on the year we’ve had.
What I love is how this tree doesn’t match, and it shouldn’t. Every branch is a different shape, a different story, a different way of showing up.
It proves that there’s no single way to be a Woman Who Will. You can be loud or quiet, bold or considered, global or local, calm or chaotic. It all counts. It all builds something.
For Alayna and I, that’s what makes this year feel so special. Women Who Will has never been about creating a neat little list. It’s about showing the real spectrum of women who are shaping this industry and giving each of them space to be fully themselves while doing it.
We’ve gained so much from it. Conversations that stayed with us. Lines we scribbled down. Inspiration in moments we didn’t see coming. And a reminder that when women hype each other up and support each other openly, the whole thing gets stronger.
To every woman who’s part of our Women Who Will sisterhood tree, thank you. You made this year what it was.
And to the women we haven’t featured yet, don’t worry. There’s room for plenty more branches in 2026 and for years to come.
