Australian biotechnology company, Starphama, has enlisted creative agency Five by Five, its influencer and social media agency, TSA, and ecommerce agency, Built for Growth (which is part of Ardmore Group), to introduce its VIRALEZE™ Nasal Spray to the UK.
The three-way collaboration makes the most of the agencies’ knowledge of the target market, and combines the media expertise of Built for Growth, the creative and production rigour of Five by Five, and the social specialism of TSA.
This blend has been integral to the social roll-out, which began with soft launching the account in the lead up to peak sick season (November-January). Focusing on agility in order to maximise on social media and health trends, the trio of agencies began establishing Starpharma’s presence on social feeds right from September, seizing the moment when the weather began to change in the UK and schools were back in session.
Sindy Smith, communications and investor relations manager at Starpharma, said, “We’ve been impressed with the initial thinking from Five by Five, TSA and Built for Growth, and their confidence in driving sales. We were looking for creative concepts that move us away from traditional nasal spray and cold and flu advertising, and their work has really delivered on that. The creative has been impactful, the media strategy is performing well, and they’ve been highly responsive to market feedback and data."
George Roberts from Five by Five and TSA commented, “We’re delighted to be working with Starpharma on this campaign. This combination of Five by Five, TSA and Built for Growth is a powerful and agile one, which can take audiences from awareness to purchase with unmatched efficiency.”
Andrew McComb from Built for Growth said, “We love working alongside our friends and colleagues at Five by Five and TSA. The collective combination of expertise and talent give us all the components we need for client success. It’s been really rewarding to see Starpharma’s results go from strength to strength since launch.”
All three agencies are part of Worldwide Partners, a global network of over 90 independent agencies across 50+ countries, and collaborate on a number of other brands including The Collective.
