Charlie Harvey has worked with brands such as Nike, P&G, Meta, VRBO, Samsung, Apple, and Gatorade

Work Editorial has added acclaimed editor Charlie Harvey as a partner. Joining after nearly two decades at Whitehouse Post, Charlie brings her refined storytelling instincts and creative versatility to Work’s global roster.

A London-born editor, Charlie has built a career defined by her impressive and diverse body of work. She moves seamlessly between high-concept brand films, kinetic sports campaigns, and emotionally driven narratives. Her past collaborations include directors such as Megaforce, Lance Acord, David Shane, and Autumn de Wilde, and her client list spans Nike, P&G, Meta, VRBO, Samsung, Apple, and Gatorade. Notably, she edited the acclaimed Nike ‘What the Football’ Women’s World Cup spot directed by Alaska, a project she calls a career highlight.

Charlie joined Whitehouse Post in 2007, later relocating to the company’s Los Angeles office where she rose to the position of partner. During her tenure, she established herself as one of the industry’s most sought-after editors and forged loyal relationships with agencies, directors and production companies. Her work across both the UK and US has informed her distinct creative perspective, and her contributions have been recognised with top honours from Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, AICP, and shots.

“Charlie joining us at WORK is really something special!” said Jane Dilworth, founding partner at Work Editorial. “She is such a talented editor and I have been an admirer of her for a long time. Having her join as a partner is also incredibly exciting for the future.”

“It’s a big change, but a good one. I think it’s important to keep moving forward—I hate to get too comfortable and feel like I’m not growing,” Charlie said of her new position. “Joining Work feels like the natural next step for me, and I’m excited to help them continue to champion diverse voices and nurture the next generation of editorial talent.”

With Charlie joining the partnership, Work Editorial continues to expand its global creative reach while staying true to its collaborative, artist-first ethos, a hallmark that has defined its reputation across London, New York, and Los Angeles.
