The European leg of judging at The Immortal Awards 2025 heads into its final week, with the Irish jury day - in partnership with The Brill Building, Rubberduck and Screen Scene - taking place on Tuesday 21st October.
It’s the final country based day in Europe, ahead of the regional round of judging on October 23rd. Having already been to Berlin for the German and London for the UK days, it’s the turn of Dublin to host an in person session as it welcomes this year’s Irish jury.
For the third consecutive year, Screen Scene will play host to the day in which a shortlist of projects will be discussed and debated by the jury. The group will look to celebrate the best of Irish advertising and decide which projects -- if any -- will be crowned Irish Finalists.
This year’s Irish jury includes:
Roisin Keown, founder of The Brill Building, says, “The Immortal Awards continues to go from strength to strength and as it does it offers a unique opportunity. This is the only time Ireland's creative leaders get together in one room to discuss, debate and agree 'what work represents the best of this island and our creativity this year?' Delighted for The Brill Building to continue as a sponsor this year and to be in the jury room too.”
Sinead Bagnell, head of commercials at Screen Scene shared, "Screen Scene is thrilled to be hosting and sponsoring the Immortal Awards once again this year, marking our third consecutive year supporting this incredible celebration of creativity. We're especially proud that our very own Hubert Montag is representing us on the jury, bringing his insight & experience to an already outstanding panel of industry talent. It's an honour to be part of such a prestigious event that continues to champion the very best in creative work."
Paul Monan, head of creative excellence at Little Black Book, says, “Every time we head over to Dublin to judge the Irish day we have so much fun, as it’s a market that punches well above its weight considering its size on the global stage. Our juries are always super tough and hold their ideas and execution to the highest standards which makes for some pretty tough conversations. A huge thank you to our local partners The Brill Building, Rubberduck and Screen Scene for their support and allowing us to make this one happen in person. We can’t wait to get judging and see which projects emerge as Finalists.”
Having already visited Berlin and London, Little Black books global advertising award will host sessions in Dubai, Toronto, New York and Sydney in the coming weeks.
The competition’s six regions -- Europe, MEA, North America, LATAM, AUNZ and Asia -- will each have their own jury days, selecting regional Finalists that will compete in the global round of judging.
At the global round of judging, held in partnership with music production company JSM Music in New York on December 3rd, the jury will decide which projects this year will pick up a Commendation or receive the ultimate prize – an Immortal Award.
