2025 has been a major year of growth for Superbloom House, the LA-based agency known for its unique agency-meets-production-meets-creative collective model that ties brands directly to non-traditional talent. The agency won 11 new clients in the last 12 months, including creative partnerships with Tyson, Hillshire Farm, Silversea, DEEL, Netflix, Virgin Voyages, Red Robin and others. On the back of all that growth, Superbloom House has appointed two strategic additions to its account and creative teams, welcoming Leah Butler as group creative director and Katie Garner as group client lead.
Leah Butler joins Superbloom House as group creative director, a newly created role where she will support chief creative officer Heather Pieske and the leadership team in overseeing the creative vision for the agency’s Tyson Foods agency of record relationship. Based in Los Angeles, Leah has led campaigns for brands including Meta AI, e.l.f. cosmetics, Visa, and Uber Eats. Previously, she held leadership roles at 19th & Park, The Marketing Arm, and MRY. Her work has been recognised as a Shorty finalist (Visa Money is Changing) and a Webby Honouree (Meta AI Superfan).
Katie Garner steps into the role of group client lead, charged with elevating client partnerships, streamlining operations, and driving growth for Superbloom House’s expanding portfolio. She brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering brand-defining campaigns for clients such as Toyota, Disney, Pokémon, Jollibee, Schwan’s Frozen Food Company, and BP/ampm. Katie most recently served as account director at David & Goliath, where she led cross-channel campaigns and strengthened C-suite client relationships. She previously held leadership roles at Sid Lee, and The Walt Disney Company.
