Sohonet has shared an update that streamlines the ClearView Flex line up, making it clearer, simpler, and better aligned with how customers work.

A Simpler, Stronger Product Line up

Going forward, the ClearView Flex family will focus on the two tiers that consistently deliver the most value to customers:

• ClearView Flex Starter: a reliable, easy-to-adopt entry point
  
• ClearView Flex Pro: a premium tier for teams that need flexibility and advanced functionality
  

As part of this evolution, Sohonet is adding additional features to ClearView Flex Pro at no additional charge, starting with HDR support and the ability to invite up to 40 reviewers to a session. These capabilities, previously offered in ClearView Flex Glow, are now included directly in Pro, ensuring that customers have access to the most in-demand features in a single, clearly defined tier.

With these enhancements now part of Pro, Sohonet will be retiring ClearView Flex Glow. By consolidating functionality into Starter and Pro, the team is aligning the product line up more closely with how customers use ClearView Flex today - reducing friction, eliminating unnecessary choices, and creating a clearer path to the features that matter most, whether you’re hosting quick reviews or running complex HDR sessions with larger teams.

What This Means for Existing Customers

If you’re currently using ClearView Flex Starter, your experience will remain unchanged.

If you’re using ClearView Flex Pro, you’ll now gain access to HDR and an increased viewer capacity of up to 40 users as part of your existing tier.

For those using ClearView Flex Glow, our team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth and supportive transition to the enhanced Pro tier, so you can continue to benefit from HDR and expanded viewer capacity within a simplified line up.
