SheSays has launched Night School, a month-long, free online programme, to upskill creative professionals through engaging, globally accessible learning via LinkedIn. Participants can pre-register interest here with modules ranging from Communication & Influence, to Productivity & Future-Proofing starting from 22nd September 2025.
Night School is a short-form online content series created by SheSays, designed to help gain the skills, confidence, and tools for people, at all stages of their career, to thrive in the creative realm. The four-week learning programme will feature fifteen bite-sized, pre-recorded lessons released each week (Mon- Thurs) via SheSays LinkedIn. Each lesson will come with a worksheet so participants to practice quickly their skills. At the end of every week, teachers will host a live Q&A to ensure any queries are answered. No laborious lectures, no confusing corporate jargon, just a potent dose of wisdom, delivered with a touch of magic. On October 28th, the programme will mark its in-person graduation at VaynerMedia’s London office.
Nabila Richardson, Night School lead for SheSays commented, “LinkedIn’s 2025 Workplace Learning Report found nearly half of learning and talent development professionals see a skills crisis (49%), yet 91% of L&D pros agree continuous learning is more important than ever for career success. That is why creating Night School is so vital. In addition, the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report outlined creative thinking, curiosity, lifelong learning, leadership, and social influence as five of the top ten skills required for careers now and in the future. SheSays has produced Night School’s modules to provide training across all these areas and to offer a practical solution to help thousands of people to upskill.”
Each class hones in on a specific skill essential to thriving in the creative industry, guided by a team of brilliant creative minds – with a twist. From an award-winning film director, a mermaid, and a Samurai Deshi, to a British Museum curator and a Dominatrix—these multitalented people have mastered their craft, navigated challenges, and are now passing on their knowledge to help more women and non-binary people rise in their careers.

Night School is the brainchild of SheSays London’s co-president Mikaela Dragon. “Our creative community is facing huge challenges—redundancies, burnout, job shifts driven by AI, underfunded training, and the relentless pace of new technology and skills,’ she says. ‘SheSays wants to be part of the solution by providing accessible training at scale. Night School is part educational, part entertaining, and part inspirational. It’s not just about upskilling—it’s about uplifting. We want to showcase diverse, extraordinary voices from beyond our industry to remind creatives to keep learning and stay curious. Because there is no single path to success, and no single way to learn.”
Nabila and Mikaela worked alongside a talented and creative team at SheSays to produce Night School which includes Terri Witherden, Den Salazar, Faye Wessely, Jennifer Ho, Saxony Goodwin, Charlotte Golzari, Anna Konieczny, Ramona Daniel, Jennifer Vobis and Charlotte Read on PR and Comms.

The non-profit organisation championing gender equality in the creative industries also partnered with Major Players to help identify the key skills hiring managers are looking for and the common gaps in applicants, which informed Night School’s programme and how the four modules were grouped.
Rosa Rolo, managing director, Major Players commented, “The creative world is changing quickly - technology, business, and employer expectations are all moving at pace, and the skills we need are shifting with them. Our 2025 Salary Census shows 70% of workplace skills are set to change by 2030, with communication, creativity, and adaptability topping the list. Partnering with SheSays on the Night School initiative gives us a chance to support talent, helping build confidence and the interpersonal skills that really make the difference; and as technology continues to accelerate, it’s these human qualities that will keep our industry resilient, innovative, and open to everyone.”
