JAMM has tapped executive producer Saskia Delius to its fast-growing London studio.
Saskia steps into the role familiar with much of the team, having previously collaborated on multiple award-winning campaigns over the years.
In former positions at The Mill, MPC, and ETC, Saskia became well regarded for delivering high-end projects and building strong, long-lasting client relationships that often led to repeat collaborations.
At JAMM, Saskia will play a key role as the independent studio continues to expand.
Head of production, Louise Unwin, shared, “We’re really excited to have Saskia on the team. She’s great at her job, clients love working with her, and she brings long-standing industry relationships. I’m looking forward to her being a key part of JAMM’s next chapter.”
Saskia shares her thoughts following the move.
Saskia> Great. With so many familiar faces, thankfully I haven’t felt too much like the new kid at school!
Saskia> The opportunity to make a more meaningful impact. With JAMM’s London studio being fairly new, I was excited by the idea of contributing from the early stages and being part of its growth.
Saskia> Collaborative, Creative, Inventive.
The team always has a solution, embraces feedback, and approaches everything as a collaboration rather than “us and them.”
Saskia> With AI becoming more prominent, we’re starting to see hybrid AI and VFX approaches emerge. I’m excited to find the balance where AI can be genuinely useful without taking over or compromising on quality.
Saskia> It all centres around showing up for my creative team. If you create the right environment for them, and give them the support they need, they’ll give you their best work in return.
That can take many forms, from making sure the team feels heard to removing stress so they can stay focused on the creative.
Saskia> Being a small part of delivering campaigns that clients genuinely love. There’s no better feeling than earning their trust and having them come back with more work.
Saskia> Easy. That’ll always be a Nando’s!
