Saatchi & Saatchi has named three hires and elevations within CCO Franki Goodwin’s senior creative leadership team.

Caroline Paris, previously group creative director, has been promoted to the new role of head of creative. Sitting on the agency’s senior management team, she will support Franki and executive creative director Will John to champion creative excellence and ensure greater alignment and flow across all creative specialisms. As GCD, Caroline led integrated creative across the agency’s portfolio, including most recently, ‘Where Love Lives Live’ for John Lewis, which included a social content series and live stream activation in partnership with DJ AG. Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi she spent 12 years at Brave.

Simon Cheadle joins the agency as creative director, a role he previously held at Anomaly where he led work for MINI, Cancer Research and Sky Bet, including The G.O.A.T. is A Horse. Prior to Anomaly he rose through the ranks at Stink Studios, where he developed creative work for Google, Netflix and Strava.

Josh Steele joins as associate creative director from Arsenal Football Club’s in-house creative studio, and brings a portfolio of culturally resonant, award-winning work including the Arsenal x Aries collaboration and Arsenal Third Kit 23/24. He previously held roles at Iris, The Midnight Club and Mother.

Caroline, Simon and Josh all report into Franki.

Franki Goodwin, chief creative officer, Saatchi & Saatchi says, “Our agency is obsessed with the power and potential of truly integrated campaigns – taking big ideas to unexpected places, people and formats. It takes fresh attitudes to how creative, design and production work together to do this well. Caz, Josh and Simon are living breathing examples of integrated thinkers from different backgrounds, having learnt their exceptional craft against different clients and creative structures. I’m so excited for how they can realise impossible ambitions for their careers and our clients. Their first impossible brief is to come up with a nicer word for integration... If anyone can do it, they can!”

Caroline Paris, head of creative, Saatchi & Saatchi says, “Saatchi & Saatchi has always been a place where creativity meets culture, and my goal is to make sure every idea we produce is bold, integrated, and meaningful. I can’t wait to push boundaries and collaborate across every discipline to create work that truly resonates”

Simon Cheadle, creative director, Saatchi & Saatchi, says, “There aren’t many agencies your mum can name off the top of her head, so it’s a real honour to join Franki’s team - known for their incredible ideas, craft, and impact. This place has been going strong for 55 years and shows no signs of slowing down.“

Josh Steele, associate creative director, Saatchi & Saatchi, says, “Joining Saatchi feels like an incredible next step. After my time at Arsenal, where creativity and passion go hand in hand, I’m excited to bring that same energy into agency life. The work here has always set the benchmark for bold ideas and cultural impact, and I can’t wait to contribute to that legacy.”
