Founded in 2003, Collective Management is known for its modern, hands-on approach to talent representation—connecting visionary storytellers, technologists, and creative thinkers with agencies and brands to produce work driven by craft and intention. Before launching the company, Sean spent years on the agency side at Fallon, McCann, and Deutsch, an experience that continues to shape his strategic perspective.
Led by CEO and chairman Jon Kamen and president Frank Scherma, RadicalMedia has built a global reputation for boundary-pushing storytelling across branded content, entertainment, and documentary film. The company’s work has earned Oscars, Emmys, BAFTAs, Peabodys, Cannes Lions, and Clios.
