Particular Audience has promoted Beth Smith to vice president, customer success and general manager, UK. Previously global head of account management, Beth will continue lead customer success globally while overseeing operational and commercial strategy for the UK market.
In her expanded role, Beth will be responsible for driving value and growth across Particular Audience’s enterprise customer base — spanning retailers, marketplaces, and brand partners in Europe, North America, and APAC. She will lead global customer success operations, enterprise onboarding, and long-term client partnership development, as the company accelerates adoption of its AI-driven product suite.
James Taylor, CEO and founder of Particular Audience, said, “Over the past six years, Beth has brought about a culture of close, collaborative customer relationships and has set extremely high standards of execution across our global portfolio. Her leadership, clarity, and focus on outcomes make her the ideal person to take Customer Success into its next phase as we scale in the UK and worldwide.”
Beth joined Particular Audience with over a decade of experience in enterprise-level teams focused on customer experience across eCommerce and digital media, notably as Head of eCommerce at IKEA. During her tenure, she has established enterprise-grade governance frameworks, improved operational velocity across regions, and strengthened partnership outcomes for key accounts in retail, FMCG, electronics, homewares, and marketplaces.
Particular Audience also recently promoted Marcus Ebbeck to principal customer success manager, APAC, recognising his impact on the company’s fastest-growing region. Marcus has played a pivotal role in scaling client partnerships, deepening multi-market adoption, and lifting campaign performance across retail media and personalisation deployments.
These promotions highlight Particular Audience’s commitment to building a world-class global customer success organisation as retailers adopt more advanced AI systems for product search, recommendations, and sponsored placement automation.
