Pablo has promoted Eve Bui to head of account management.
Eve joined Pablo two years ago from Accenture Song, and has since been running the agency’s Government portfolio alongside Tetley and supporting the agency’s new business efforts.
Eve’s career began at Havas but she spent the bulk of her career at House 337 where she worked on MINI, MoneySuperMarket, Sky Mobile and the RAF.
She was involved in the D&AD winning Born Free Campaign - ‘Bitter Bond’, the RAF Channel 4 Diversity award work ‘No room for Cliches’ and Pablo’s latest campaign for VisitBritain - Visit The Real Star Of The Show.
The promotion comes into place with immediate effect, and Eve Bui will report to joint managing directors, Hannah Penn and Harriet Knight.
The role has been vacant since Harriet Knight held it five years ago, prior to becoming joint managing director alongside Hannah.
Hannah Penn said, “At Pablo, we’ve built our model around a progressive and exciting definition of the account management function. It’s a definition that develops a department of marketing experts, able to commercially and creatively partner with clients to truly help in driving their businesses forward.
The person able to meaningfully figurehead this needed to be someone very special, and Eve Bui is undoubtedly that.
Eve has had a phenomenal impact within our business, and our clients’ businesses since joining us two years ago. We are excited to be putting in her a position where more of our clients and all of our people can benefit from her sharply strategic mind and deeply caring character. There’s nothing nicer in your role as MD than being able to recognise brilliant, wonderful people. Harriet and I are thrilled to be able to do just that for Eve – she’s an absolute lass.”
Eve said, “I love this discipline and to be able to take on leadership of it at Pablo is a real privilege. At Pablo, account management truly sits at that intersection of creativity and business. We aren’t just managing accounts, we are driving real business outcomes as our clients' strategic partners and it doesn’t get more exciting than that. I learn every day working with the amazing people across the agency and I’m excited to put my mind to how I can help fuel business and personal growth.”
