For the second consecutive year, Ogilvy Latina employees joined together for a special day of community initiatives as part of the Borderless for Good program.
Originally launched in 2024, Borderless for Good is part of the Ogilvy Latina People's Inclusion and Impact program, and it has now established itself as a robust platform. In this latest edition, teams from Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, and El Salvador collaborated with local organisations to undertake various initiatives focused on environmental protection, child welfare, health promotion, animal care, and donation campaigns.
“We are very proud to celebrate the second year of Borderless for Good. This continuity reflects the initiative's integration into our culture and demonstrates our teams' commitment to the community, which transcends borders. The enthusiasm and dedication we witnessed this year confirm that we are building something lasting, with a positive impact both personally and collectively,” said Lorena Pascual, chief people officer of Ogilvy Latina.
“Borderless for Good embodies the essence of who we are at Ogilvy: a network that believes in the power of ideas and collaboration to create impact. This collaborative spirit allows us to expand the reach of our actions. We take pride in seeing how what started as an idea has grown into a movement that will continue to flourish and leave a lasting mark on our communities,” said Horacio Genolet, CEO of Ogilvy Latina.
“This year, Borderless for Good demonstrated that the diversity of perspectives is our greatest strength. The initiatives that emerged in each country reflect the unique realities and needs of their communities, which adds authenticity to the program. The fact that we are already in our second consecutive year motivates us to continue scaling the initiative and establishing a new standard for best practices,” added Dolores Whittingslow, inclusion and impact Leader at Ogilvy Latina.
