Noor Tourte has been appointed chief strategy officer of Ogilvy Health, bringing more than 18 years of experience across consulting, pharma, and healthcare advertising. She began her career at PwC, consulting with payers and providers on productivity and new product implementations. She then moved client-side to Pfizer as a US brand marketer, where she drove double-digit revenue growth, strengthened portfolio positioning, and launched innovative digital platforms across women’s health, rare disease, and neurology. Noor later built her agency expertise at Area 23, spearheading launches across oncology, neurology, dermatology, and immunology. Her dual perspective as a brand marketer and agency strategist gives her a unique ability to translate complex science into human stories that move markets. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Public Health from UCLA. As chief strategy officer, she will be responsible for shaping Ogilvy Health’s strategic vision, fostering innovative approaches to client challenges, and ensuring the agency continues to leverage technology to elevate healthcare communications.
