Mitch Delaney Joins Carat US as EVP, Head of Growth

Carat US has appointed Mitch Delaney as EVP, head of growth. In this role, Mitch will oversee the agency’s new business lifecycle while collaborating with dentsu’s global teams to enhance Carat’s marketplace positioning and showcase the agency’s innovation in delivering impactful solutions.

Mitch brings an impressive background to Carat, with over 12 years of experience leading high-impact growth strategies across the media landscape. Most recently, he served as US head of growth at UM and EVP global growth at IPG Mediabrands, driving new business across the network. Throughout his distinguished career, Mitch has delivered major wins, led multidisciplinary teams, and built strong relationships to fuel growth and long-term success. He will join Carat’s US executive leadership team led by Mike Law, CEO of Carat North America.
