Appointments across creative services, business development and partnerships mark the next phase of growth following the company’s global rebrand

MassiveMusic, the global music and sound partner for world-leading brands, agencies and platforms, has made a series of senior US leadership appointments to fuel its next phase of expansion in the Americas. These leadership moves mark a pivotal step in the company’s trajectory following a major global rebrand earlier this year, positioning the company as the industry’s most comprehensive provider of music solutions at the crossroads of creativity, culture and technology.

As part of a bold growth strategy, MassiveMusic projects more than 35% year-over-year growth in 2025 within the Americas. This expansion strengthens MassiveMusic’s role as the strategic sound partner of choice for brands navigating a rapidly evolving business and cultural landscape.

Building a Leadership Hub in the Americas

At the centre of this momentum is Justine Ryan, appointed managing director of creative services for the Americas. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of music, culture and strategy—including leadership roles at Made Music Studio, Zambezi and Grey Group—Justine has been instrumental in reshaping MassiveMusic’s U.S. footprint.

“We’ve evolved into a truly global, tech-savvy, creatively-driven company,” Justine said. “The leadership team we’re building reflects our ambition to help brands connect with audiences in new dimensions of sound.”

To further accelerate growth, Amy Crawford joins as vice president of creative development. Amy is a seasoned industry leader, music creator, producer and current president of AMP’s East Coast chapter. She brings over a decade of expertise in music and entertainment from Made Music Studio, where she guided Fortune 500 brands in creating culturally resonant sonic identities. Amy will be responsible for scaling MassiveMusic’s creative services and further cementing its reputation for storytelling and craft.

“Amy is a key addition to a creative powerhouse that’s redefining how brands use sound—not just to enhance campaigns, but to build entire ecosystems of connection,” said Justine.

Expanding Innovation and Partnerships

Strengthening MassiveMusic’s US leadership team are two additional senior executives focused on forging deeper client relationships and pioneering new brand experiences:

Roger Sho Gehrmann, VP of integrated partnerships at MassiveMusic, joined in August 2024 after over a decade shaping audio for brands as executive creative director at SiriusXM/Pandora/SoundCloud. A specialist in sonic branding and audio-led marketing strategy, he spearheads projects where music, gaming, technology and culture collide.

Sacha Stoffers, now director of partnerships, US, relocated from MassiveMusic’s Amsterdam office after seven years leading global accounts. Sacha has shaped sonic identities for brands such as TikTok, Colgate and Nutella, consistently transforming brand aesthetics into immersive, memorable sonic worlds.
