Football is more than a sport. It is a collective identity, a universal language, a way of feeling and creating. Inspired by the cultural power of this global passion, Mama Hungara, the Argentinian production company renowned for its artistic vision and human approach, has presented FUTCON 2025, the world’s first football culture festival, taking place on 22 and 23 November at Ciudad Cultural Konex in Buenos Aires.
At a time when creativity seems to have been handed over to artificial intelligence and human connection is measured in pixels, Mama Hungara takes a bold new step in its transformation with the creation of FUTCON: a festival that transcends audiovisual production to become a meeting point and a platform for community.
Over two days, football will intersect with art, music, fashion, design and technology, offering a sensory experience that celebrates the power of the collective, the beauty of the tangible, and the authenticity of real experiences, shared stories, true emotions and the unique energy of being present.
“Argentinian culture cannot be understood without football culture, and football culture has never been as globally influential as it is today. What the world is seeking, we already have; we simply take it for granted. FUTCON’s purpose is to bring that to light,” said Lisandro Ramos, executive director of the festival and Mama Hungara co-founder.

FUTCON shines a light on football’s unseen side, the creative universe that surrounds and sustains it. Behind every kit, every design, every visual story, there is a creator, often anonymous, who translates emotion into symbols.
The festival seeks to give visibility to these hidden creators: designers, photographers, artists, communicators, developers and fans who shape the contemporary aesthetic of football. It shows how the world’s most popular sport is also an inexhaustible source of cultural inspiration.
FUTCON invites us to view football through its human, aesthetic and narrative dimensions, because football culture transcends sport, just as rock culture transcended music. It is a shared way of life and creation.

Across two full days, FUTCON will bring together leading national and international figures in a space that connects football with fashion, art, music, design, photography and gaming.
The festival will feature talks, panel discussions, a large-scale art exhibition, a football shirt fair, interactive experiences, and live performances — creating an unprecedented meeting point for the global creative football community.
The music line-up will include Conociendo Rusia (Solo Show) on Saturday 22nd November and Bandalos Chinos (Electroacoustic) on Sunday 23rd November, adding rhythm and energy to this cultural celebration.

FUTCON will also serve as a space where brands, audiences and creative talent converge.
In an era where collective experiences have regained their value, the festival offers a platform for brands to connect authentically with the public through emotion, art and popular culture.
The opportunities for storytelling extend far beyond the 90 minutes of a match, they live within the stories, the aesthetics and the symbols that football creates, in its power to unite languages and bridge generations.
Looking ahead to the next World Cup, this dialogue between creativity, identity and community represents a powerful opportunity for brands to become part of a cultural conversation that transcends sport itself.
